Customer Service is a vital component to SPARTA. We would
like to hear your compliments, complaints and suggestions regarding your transit
system. SPARTA provides the Passenger Center staffed with courteous customer
service personnel who can answer your questions and help you Catch A Ride!
Open Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00am through
6:00pm, the Passenger Center is located at 100 North Liberty Street in downtown
Spartanburg.
If you cannot visit the Passenger Center, you may contact us by mail, telephone,
e-mail or by using our on-line feedback form. Our Customer Service
representatives will answer your questions or concerns immediately.
In some instances, further investigations may be necessary. In those instances,
the Customer Service representative will get your name, address, phone number
and/or e-mail address. We will contact you as soon as we have an answer to your
concerns.
